Get ready for a puzzle-packed evening of fun and friendly competition! Here's the lowdown on what's happening:
6:00 PM: Doors Swing Open Get comfy, mingle, and take a whirlwind tour of the puzzle paradise that awaits!
6:30 PM: Let's Get Acquainted with Our Mission We'll kick things off by sharing our mission and getting everyone in the puzzling spirit!
6:40-8:00 PM: Puzzle Palooza! Time to put those puzzle-solving skills to the test! Expect about 1.25-1.5 hours of brain-teasing excitement as each team tackles their 500-piece masterpiece.
8:00-9:00 PM: The Grand Finale For those still piecing things together, no worries! Take your time while others wrap up the puzzle and indulge in a bit of retail therapy.
What to Expect:
- Team Challenge: Each team (up to 20 teams!) will have their own 500-piece puzzle to conquer. We're doubling the fun by setting up teams at extended tables, complete with snazzy name displays and seating arrangements.
- Swag Alert: Every attendee gets a favor bag packed with goodies, including an exclusive puzzle leather keychain, a cute mini leather bear "puzzle," a 100-piece cereal puzzle, and some sweet treats.
- Grand Prize Galore: The first team to crack the puzzle gets the glory and some seriously cool loot: custom gold 1st place medals, a puzzle board/table, a puzzle mat, assorted puzzles, and two stylish Designed For Joy bags.
Smaller Prizes Up for Grabs:
- Best Dressed Duo: Strut your stuff for a chance to win custom gold medals and a dazzling pair of Earrings.
- Name Game Champs: Impress us with your team moniker and score custom gold medals plus adorable Teddy Bear Card Holders.
